Lunch today: half a pb&j sandwich, gala apple, bananer, and some carrots.
todays lunch:
Half a pb&j sandwich, some carrots, a 90cal brownie from fiber-one, some fruit snacks, and an apple. I also have a post workout banana packed because I love bananas….but it’s my last one:( so I must go buy more!!!!
sorry, i forgot to upload this yesterday. Yesterdays lunch, carrots again, half a pb&j sandwich again, some goldfish (worth it) and an apple with lots of water.
my lunch for the first day back to school! Not all that exciting: gala apple, 1 piece of bread with pb and jelly on it (folded in half), carrots, and pistachios!(«that’s exciting because I haven’t had them in a long time!)
1. cut a green apple
2. put two pieces of light provolone cheese on whole wheat bread wit slices of apple
3. grill that shit with a tsp. of canola oil (not butter!)
Have a pretty sweet green apple grilled cheese just under 400 calories.

I used a spicy taco sauce to give it a bit more kick, and it’s a pretty general recipe, but delicious all the same! (pic to come tomorrow)
I made spicy black bean burgers from scratch…..and they were fucking awesome. It was also my first time using a food processor (a gift from the gods, it will make your life so much easier).
It was a good evening.
