Half a pb&j sandwich, some carrots, a 90cal brownie from fiber-one, some fruit snacks, and an apple. I also have a post workout banana packed because I love bananas….but it’s my last one:( so I must go buy more!!!!
1. cut a green apple
2. put two pieces of light provolone cheese on whole wheat bread wit slices of apple
3. grill that shit with a tsp. of canola oil (not butter!)
Have a pretty sweet green apple grilled cheese just under 400 calories.
