my lunch for the first day back to school! Not all that exciting: gala apple, 1 piece of bread with pb and jelly on it (folded in half), carrots, and pistachios!(«that’s exciting because I haven’t had them in a long time!)

Just because it is Holiday break doesn’t mean you have to give up on your healthy eating/working out. Make it a goal to use this down time to create the best version of yourself, you can do it!!
and you know what I get to see besides my lovely family and boyfriend? Our treadmill, inside the house, so that’s like five days that I don’t have to walk all the way to our rec center to go for a run. yay!
when you see your old spanish professora at the gym…in the locker room….half naked…and you try to ignore her….but she says hi to you….and she is half naked….and you run away…
it’s just….so beautiful. I just want it every day for lunch.
